In which cities does SOCAM operate?

Our head office and warehouse are in Kinshasa. We build and deliver materials in Kinshasa and its surroundings, and we run projects in Lubumbashi, Goma, Bukavu and Matadi after a preliminary study.

How long does it take to get a quote?

A materials quote is sent within 24 working hours from your list or your drawings. A construction quote requires a site visit and studies: allow one to two weeks depending on the size of the project.

How do I order materials and get them delivered to my site?

On the SOCAM Market you pick your products, place the delivery point on the map and pay by mobile money, card, bank transfer or on delivery. Delivery in Kinshasa is made within 48 hours by our own trucks.

Does SOCAM handle the drawings and the building permit?

Yes. Our design office produces the sketches, the working drawings, the structural studies and the building permit file, then supervises the site until the keys are handed over.

Is the work subcontracted?

No. Structural work, steel, joinery, electricity, plumbing and finishes are carried out by our own teams, with a single site manager as your contact.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Mobile money (M-Pesa, Orange Money, Airtel Money), bank card, bank transfer and payment on delivery for materials. Business customers get an account with quotes, purchase orders and monthly invoicing.
